Sleep Mist, 75ml

This is by far the best sleep mist I have used, the scent is beautiful, long lasting and leaves you feeling relaxed and calm. I spray my pyjamas, bedding and bedroom to get the maximum effect

I use this spray on my pillow approx 15 minutes before my usual sleep time and it works every time. The calming, sleep-inducing aroma is very pleasant. I can confirm that my quality of sleep has improved immensely since using this and other Aroma Active products.

At last a sleep/pillow mist that doesn't smell synthetic. This smells natural and full of soothing aromatherapy ingredients to relax. I usually spray this onto my pillow about 20 minutes before bed. I also use it on my 17-year-old sons pillows (since lockdown everyone needs that bit of relaxation) you don't need a lot, 4/5 spritz are enough. It's a lovely fine mist so it covers enough, some sprays are like shoots, not this. Mentioning no brands this well exceeds the well-known sleep sprays. This also works too!

This does exactly what it says it will do - it creates a fabulous smell in the whole bedroom, which really helps with sleep. The smell is so natural and not synthetic like some can be. Would highly recommend
